1 Definitions

4 Account Management

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the ph638 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. 14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Gaming Laws administered by PAGCOR, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act as amended.

In the event of any dispute between a player and ph638, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph638 support. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the PAGCOR process.
